Suggest you ask for the acknoldgement copy of your form submissionto PF Office from your previous employer. Once you have that you can directly follow up with the Regional PF Office..

Dear Raghu,
My suggestions are as follows:
1) Try to get your old PF account transferred to your new employer by filing Form-13
2) In case your old employer is not responding or acknowledging your claim application then get it signed by any gazetted officer and send it directly to Concerned PF office
3) You can check your PF Claim status online on www.EPFINDIA.COM
