Dear Sheena,

Well and wish u the same. I would like to inform you that once you deducted the welfare fund you can not refund it to the employee. According to the Tamil nadu Labour Welfare fund Act we have to deduct Rs.5 from the employees from those who have worked more than 30 days in a calander year and Rs.10 to be added as employer contribution and the total amount of Rs.15.00 has to be remitted before the end of january every year.

Apart from this contribution we have to remit the unpaid accumulation amount and fine amount which deducted as per discipilinary proceedings to the labour board.

I hereby furnishing the benefits giving by the Tamil nadu labour welfare board in tamil nadu

01.Tailering institutes: Wife and sisters of the employee can join and can take training for a period of one year with a stifund of Rs.80.00 pm.

After examination the first and 2nd rank candidates will be given free tailering machine from the board.

02. Running children care centre the age group of 2 to 5. They will be provided milk and egg and fruits. also teaching maths emglish and tamil. medical checkup once in 2 monthe will be conducted for them.

03.Running library in selected areas

04.Tourist banglow at trurist places with cheaper rate rent.

05.Educational fund for Medicine, engineering, law and school going students.
