Take this as my personal feeling, but to me, a person who gets angry is the weakest person around, thus deserving our sympathy rather than an outburst. Anger comes to those people who are helpless, weak, have tried all other means, and who think that the best possible way to act is to react. An angry person is a subjugated and exploited one who is in need of counseling. Though you have told ways to overcome it, let me add that there are also ways in which we should address this issue vis-a-vis the other person. The best way to address anger is to understand its futility and harm and to avoid it as much as possible.

Nice attempt! But remember these two things when you publish such articles on the web:

1. Do not use copyrighted images, especially when a picture has the copyright information built-in, i.e., "(C) xxxx company."

2. Avoid using bold text and red color for statements, as it can sound aggressive and emphasize the context.

I agree with Rishi's opinion. Good luck.

Anger is the root cause of many mishaps, both verbal and emotional, leading to undesirable behaviors which could cause a lot of bad blood between people at home as well as in the workplace. Anger can ruin both personal and professional relationships, so it is important to keep it in check by using various anger management techniques.

A very good PowerPoint on anger management. In the Tamil language, there is a great saying in the form of Thirukkural. In vernacular, it sounds as follows:

"Sinam ennum serndharai Kolli Inam ennum emapunai I sudum"

Anger in a person will capsize his life boat and can bring him death.
