    Dear All,

We require an HR MIS proforma in which we can state department-wise new joinings, salaries, OT, increments, number of employees, employees who have left the service, comparison between last month and this month, new requirements, suggestions to management, recommendations, major points, and all other information (summary) related to HR issues. Please provide me with samples of formats so that I can report to management in a timely manner.
