Dear all,

Further to the subject of change management, I am attaching a short presentation on the topic. It is important to note that guidelines for managing transformations should include: making only essential changes, involving individuals in the planning for change, providing accurate and complete information about the change, giving everyone an opportunity to voice objections, always considering group norms and habits, developing a trusting work environment and climate, and learning to use a problem-solving approach (i.e., the open organization approach).
