I beg you all, someone help me out with a format for writing this kind of memo. We normally pay Medical Allowance to staff on a quarterly basis, but now we have stopped it and introduced a Health Insurance Scheme where staff are allowed to choose the hospital they will attend when they have a health issue. The whole arrangement has been concluded, and it is about to kick off. The identity cards are out for distribution, and my boss has asked me to send a memo to all staff informing them that the ID cards are available and the scheme will commence next month.

You don't have to beg. There is a way for getting everything done. Though I don't know much about you, all I can say is that you are trying to underestimate yourself/your skills and not even trying to utilize resources available online. Try to be a resourceful personality.
Kindly type the content of the memo to be drafted and email it to my ID. Be polite and use simple language rather than complicating it. I will suggest changes needed. This is the only way to learn, and I don't believe in spoon-feeding.
Also, you could have sought help from your boss regarding the same. This will build interpersonal relationships and eliminate misunderstandings between both of you. Kindly allow your boss to educate you on certain things that would be of much help to you. We need to learn from our seniors and pass it on to our juniors.

One of the special benefits of the scheme is that each employee is free to choose the hospitals of their choice for all their medical-related issues. A detailed note on the new scheme is being circulated along with this note. Under the scheme, each employee will be issued a Medical ID card, and the same will be distributed to the employees by the last week of this month.
We would also like to inform you that with the introduction of this new scheme, which comes into effect from next month, the existing policy of paying quarterly medical insurance will be discontinued by the end of this month.
