Hi guyz,
Can anyone help me in giving insights regarding the Compensation and salary grade. I am to propose to management about our employees to give salary distinction from old employees to the newly hired ones. AS of today old and new employees have the same salary and benefit. thanks in advance...

Compensation grading is an organization wide exercise. In case you are initiating it, please consider all the roles and functions. Before we suggest you, please share what is the strength of your organization? Which is the sector that you belong to and what is the core business ?

Your study for grading requires to be in-depth. Request you to read the discussions and documents shared in these links:

Dear (Cite Contribution),
Thanks a lot...
Its really very sweet of you. I had been searching for salary grades as i am assigned the task of grading the employees and also breaking the salary components as my organization is currently paying the employees a lumpsum salary amount without any segregation. your compilation is very beneficial to me at this time....
thanks again....
