I would like to request CiteHR members, especially senior members, to help me in developing a questionnaire on KPIs for an infrastructure company. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with guidelines or suggest how to prepare a questionnaire.

I have just been tasked to prepare a questionnaire for our organization's departments to identify their KPIs. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to start? My deadline is this Monday, 30 May.

Understanding KPIs

KPI stands for Key Performance Indicator. It is essential for every assignment to ensure accountability for individual performance. For example, for an HR Executive, KPIs would include recruitment indicators such as employee turnover.

Steps to Develop KPIs

I suggest listing the positions in your establishment, such as Project Engineer and Civil Engineer, and discussing their KPIs with the Project Head.
