I'm working as an HR Generalist in Bangalore.
It's really a nice posting, thanks to Deepali for starting this post and also to all guys who have shared lot of information here.
All the posts have helped me lot and hope to all people like me who are fresh to build an HRD.
Friends..i will be greatful If you guys can suggest some sources of recruitement with low cost. Presently i am sourcing through refrences and campus recruitment. As we have a requirement of about 200 employees to be recruited within April 2009 of about 25 candidates per month.
