I am new to this site.I need some info. regarding freelancer recruitment-Actually due to some reason i can't opt full time job in recruitment & i started working as a freelancer recruiter(I have 4+ yrs. exp. in recruitment(IT/ITES)).Few consultancies approach me and i started working with them but now i am feeling that i should approach clients directly.Please suggest!

Responsible for full life cycle of recruitment process.
Should have excellent potentiality in sourcing the profiles from the job portals such as Naukri, Monster, Times Jobs etc.
Manpower management & recruitment involving resume generation, screening , short listing the profiles as well as conducting preliminary HR round for ensuring fitment and providing the necessary information about the job responsibilities
Conduct HR interviews, follow-up for offers, make offers and negotiate offer with candidates
Working on contract as well as permanent positions.
Recruiting for all levels of candidates from developers to project managers.
In-project follow-up activities with clients.

Performing reference checks, negotiated terms and rates for each project, coordinated the interview process, extended offers, and closed candidates.
