Salary range is varied in construction Industries. It differs from sector to sector. Some companies who are in O&G field construction pays more than other sectors. It can not be correlated for fixing the salary range in your company.

Salary Grids or Structures are designed. They cannot just be copied because the design of a good structure is unique to each organization and takes into consideration the basic compensation principles of internal equity, external competitiveness, affordability, and sustainability.
You should seek help and guidance from compensation specialists/ consultants. My company, Emilla International Consulting Services, can help you and your organization ---- regardless of your location on the planet.
Best regards.
