Sub. – Warning Letter Notice period of six weeks not served as per contact agreement against your resignation.
It has been observed that you are continue absent from the job without serving notice period of six weeks/leave sanction against the contract agreement regarding resignation on date ……………….or without prior permission of the concerned authorities…… since date…….. and we received a written compliant from the ….. repective department …… on dated .., resulting in willful insubordination and gross negligence of duties, in your capacity as Designation. Our production/process is facing problem since then.
Absenting yourself from duties without prior intimation is a misconduct for which you are making yourself liable for necessary action and you also aware about our company code of conducts and also mentioned in your appointment letter.
Another issues is that you have joined other organization without intimate to us or prior notice which is against the company code of conduct and against the law.
You are hereby warned to refrain from such activities; failure to do so shall invoke appropriate action.
You are further advised to submit a written explanation on your unauthorized absentism,double employement as soon as you receive this letter or as soon as you resume duties.
Reason of your absentism,failure to serve notice period of six weeks.
Kindly treat this as very urgent and we need your answer within one week time,incase you would not reply,then we will assume that you are not interesting in your work/job/organization.
