Dear L&D.ASH,
It is a decent effort to try and plan the training evaluation. Yet a major area of interest is the need to define the kind of training (Technical Skill Based or Soft Skill/Behavioral Based). It is crucial as the evaluation differs in many ways between the two kinds. Overall, technical training is much easier to analyze and calculate the ROI, whereas a soft skill session evaluation is difficult and may be subjective. Still, it is a good beginning, and I appreciate your contribution to the community.

Thank you for sharing the information on training evaluation and training dashboard. However, we would have been a little more thankful if you had given examples of both or shared your own example of how you handled the evaluation and created the dashboard.
