Dear All,

Here I am attaching the sheet, which may help you in the calculation of Overtime. In the first sheet, you have to just put the In and Out time of the employee. Based on the working hours, you can list the overtime or the lack of time in the mentioned column. The overtime will be calculated, which is more than 8:00 hrs.

While the other sheet helps in calculating the monthly Overtime hours of the employees.

Just go through the attachment!!!

Dear Viral Shah,

The sheet attached by you is excellent. However, when I enter data in the first sheet, it does not get updated in the next sheet. Perhaps the link is missing. Please check and revert.

Dear Viral,

When I try to enter data in the first sheet, it won't reflect on the other sheet. What are the working hours in the timesheet? Because on that sheet, when I put data (In & Out), the overtime/lacking cell is empty when it should mention 1 hour or 2 hours, depending upon the out time. Kindly help me with this as it is very useful for me.

Thanks,
Maninder

Hi,

After entering the in & out time in the respective columns, the column doesn't accept the time in the Overtime or the lacking column. Secondly, no details are reflected in the second sheet after entering the date in the first sheet, month-wise. Please guide.

Dear All,

Thank you for your valuable suggestions. I have uploaded the sheet with some improvements. It will automatically calculate the overtime if it exceeds 8 hours and will also be updated in another sheet for the monthly overtime of employees. Please download the sheet once again!

Thank you.
