Hi, I am Shilpa. This is my first post, but I have been consulting this website for a long time. I want some information regarding the UGC NET JRF and Lectureship Programme in the Management subject. I have done an MBA (Finance) and now I wish to take the NET exam. Please guide me regarding the lectureship and JRF programme in NET for this year. Also, if possible, which is the better option, JRF or lectureship?
Waiting for early and helpful responses.

The choice is yours. If you want to take up teaching as your profession, then you can choose only the Lectureship Program, which is the first half of the test in NET.
If you want to pursue research work, i.e., pursue your PhD, then you need to do the Lectureship and JRF programs. The first test would be on lectureship, and the next test is for JRF. If you score well, you can get into any university under UGC NET and start your PhD. They would provide you with a stipend amount when you start your PhD.
