I am looking for a HR system for a mid sized company (around 2500 employees). Any input on comparative assessment on these packages would be helpful.

Hi,
First of all, let me tell you, this is a very crucial decision. RAMCO will not give you much. You have to decide either SAP Business One or Oracle. In my view, I prefer SAP as it is very flexible in nature and also has a lot of scope for expansion. SAP Business One is a small package with fewer facilities. I am heading HR in one of the software companies in Noida. If you have any queries in this aspect, please feel free to ask me after July 7, 2007, as I am in Hyderabad for some assignment. You can reach me at 09871295325.
