It would be useful to implement the SAP HR module if your organization has already implemented the other modules of SAP like FI, CO, MM, and others. SAP HR is a very effective enabler for organizations with a large manpower base. Of course, it would be essential to know the manpower size and type of business your organization is in and then decide on the suitability.
