Just to add to the earlier comment, do not blindly go for any tool. First, understand your bottlenecks. Then, depending on your organization size, budgets, and HR maturity, look for a tool.
Ideally, an HR tool should allow you to buy in parts as your needs grow. Also, go for cloud options as they provide better technology, easy exit options, and lower total cost of ownership.

SAP HR is a very effective enabler for organizations with a large manpower base. Of course, it would be essential to know the manpower size and type of business your organization is in and then decide on the suitability.
