Please help me with the following query : -
What parameters are to be considered while formulating the KRA & KPI for the Creative Designing department of a software organisation ?

1. Time Management.
2. Customer Friendly.
3. Process Mapping.
4. Services Management.
5. Quality Section.
6. Learning Development.
KPI will be design on some parameters.
