Dear Seniors,
Greetings of the day!
In our company, I have noticed that our Union Leaders (07 employees) do not actually work. Throughout the day, these Union Leaders wander from here to there. They often come to the HR department for very petty and trivial issues. I am wondering what can be done to ensure that these individuals are actually working. Interestingly, I have observed that in other big companies, Union Leaders also do not engage in physical work.
Your valuable input on this matter would be highly appreciated.

The Union leaders should also work, provided that they should be given some previlages to run the Union activities. You may convene a meeting and discuss the issue with them. Abbas.P.S

Generally, the union leaders do not work. But if they are pro-management, then you can utilize them in a different way. You can use them to gather information about what is happening in the work area (for espionage) or to promote certain changes/policies of management to the workforce. To do this, some advantages need to be given to them. This way, you can achieve some positive outcomes.
