Haseeb has covered so nicely almost all the sales activities. Good. For a sales person, my dear, before selling the product/good, the sales person should sell him first.
Most of the sale activities either fail to take off or end up with failure as the sales person is not accepted by the prospective buyer and the product rejection comes next.
A sales person should not only have thorough knowledge about his product but should also know in depth knowledge about his competitors. All activities of a sales person commence with his positivepersonal qualities and complete with the same so as to form a cycle.
All other routine sales activities simply circumambulate with it.
Best of luck dear.
