i am Pradnya, a HR student.
i am suppose to do the summer project 'Employee Satisfaction Survey' in the manufacturing company.
can anybody guide me, how should be the process of this survey & which points should be considered?

hi,
i am also doing a similar project but in an NGO.
well my project has started and i may help u out a little.
since u r doing the project in a manufacturing firm ,
so 1st of all try to study about the work conditions,processess, infact everything as much as possible about the practical situations out there.
2nd decide on which level of employee u r going 2 do the survey, top.mid or lower level.
3rd try to find out the policies and procedures followed in the organization
after that do a through study on the job profile of the level of employees selected
4th try to find out the factors u would take into consideration 4 measuring the satisfaction level
n lastly prepare a relevant quesstionarie ...........................
this is how i started n i hope u, this steps would help u 2
