Hi there,
Why don’t you do your survey in excel format. Add % value for each question verses total no of existing employee should give excel command to give a graphical presentation of the response. Irrespective to no of responses

Hi there,
I ran an employee satisfaction survey for my ex-employer in Dec. 2008 but I did it in excel from the beginning
•I decided which areas am evaluating (motivation, service, communication, management support, environment, employees benefits)
•I gave each area a mathematical value with scale from 1 to 5 Against total no of employees in the organization
•Tied the total to a graph (so I can have a visual response for each question
•Did the Questionnaire in the Organisation Intranet.
•Sent web page link to all employees gave the a dead line for response
•At the end of the dead line I had automatic visual graphical representation of the response.
•Then I wrote a report interpreting these graphical data to the management.
If you wish you can send me your response and questions I can do it in excel for you & give you a graphical representation of these responses.
My contact mail is below

Hii Autumn and Regaleagle,

suppose we distribute 10 questionnaier in staff and each having a 25 questions. It means total answers for Agree and strongly Agree would be 50 and total questions 25*10= 250.

So
01. Should we claculate overall questions(from 10 questionnaier) that is 50(Agree and strongly agree) and 250 (Overall questions in 10 question papers) So formula would be (50/250*100= 20%)

02. Should we calculate on each questions seprately or each responce seprately.

Please explain what is 120 or what is 220

Thank You

Best Regards
