Respected All,
I would like to request all of you to provide directives/information about the PF withdrawal. Let me elaborate on this: I want to know what the procedure is for withdrawing the entire PF and pension fund at once if an employee completes 10 years of PF membership and then leaves the job. Additionally, if the employee is not interested in taking the pension benefit, how should they proceed?
Your valuable suggestions or comments will be highly appreciated.
With huge regards,

Dear Vikas Kumar,
As per the EPS-95, those who have completed 10 years are eligible for a pension. (9 years and six months will be rounded up to 10 years). Accordingly, a one-time withdrawal is not possible.
My friend, Mr. M.V. Kannan, has shared a withdrawal experience in this forum regarding an employee going abroad whose service is more than 10 years. However, I am not aware of the actual context. The PF rules for international workers may differ.
