Recruiting middle managerial and entry level resources for the software and services teams with special emphasis on organisational, profile & compensation fit with candidates. Will report to business heads directly for requirements & liase with recruitment agencies if required.
Hiring candidates from a selected pool. Onboarding including joining formalities, reference checks, background checks and employee account setups.
Training all staff in soft skills like business communication, time management etc on Saturdays or enabling this training organization wide.
Communication Ensuring that 2 way communication happens between the organization & it’s stakeholders on a regular basis through a mix of online & off-line communication. This could include but are not limited to company wide mailers, calendars, off-sites, town halls, conference calls, employee satisfaction surveys, suggestion & idea campaigns etc.
Performance Management Lay down a framework for expected performance from each employee for each job description. Make sure that monthly reporting on adherence to metrics is compiled & sent to the board of directors as well as the business heads.
Policy Recommendation on leaves, holidays, sabbaticals, exit procedures etc.
Salary & Benefits Adminster as well as track Salaries, loss of pay, attendance and statutory requirements as per the law of the land.
