1. It is all about giving the interviewer what it is that they want to hear.
2. Read the ads carefully. What are they looking for in terms of traits and skills?
3. Emphasize that you want to help them with running the company; that you are not just looking for a job.
4. Research about the company so that your answers are customized to the company needs and culture. Most likely, you can find these info in the internet. Google search engine will usually be of help.
