It is good you have displayed your social responsibility. We are working on this enormous project called Constitution Reforms Act. I am enclosing the word.doc which is a model for legislative drafting, which in other words means not a law, but a piece of legislative drafting, which contains certain amendments to the Indian Constitution which will go a long way in bringing fresh blood into politics. Also along with that, you can have Personal Insolvency Act and revised Civil Procedure Code, 2009 which removed many of the provisions that were kept in the old Civil Procedure Code, 1908 belonging to British era without removing despite being futile for present day.
Have a glance at THE CONSTITUTION REFORMS ACT.doc attached herewith. Please note that these are mere legislative drafts not existing laws none shall be presented in courts.

Enthused by the responses I am planning to start a website posting all my laws that you find here and start an interactive session with people so that people improve their legislative drafting skills and enter parliament with confidence of being skilled in the art of law making. I hope all of you will visit that website. I shall give information about that website in this forum.

Vayalar Ravi, saying Pilots are not even graduates just +2 and they are getting Rs.3.80 lacs is very amusing. There are many illiterates in MPs and MLAs who get salary better than Post Graduates working else where. Law is not same for common man and politicians?

Thanks for visiting these webpages and viewing the laws. There may be Advocates in the viewers too. I need to file one writ petition in High Court in my father's case (service matters). I have prepared the draft, I need someone who can understand it, and present before the judge in HC and argue our case on those lines. Anyone interested may write in here.
Thanks and regards,

my husband was working with XYZ for about 2 years. He has been the best performer there in the Sales and had been independently handling the Preowned car section. he then got a better offer as the salary increment was not as per his expectations. he informed his immediate supervisor about the good opportunity and asked if 15 days notice period would be enough if he needs to leave the company on good terms. the supervisor agreed. he made a smooth handover of duties till the last date of the notice period and also kept sending mail reminders to supervisor asking for any issue which required his attention before he leaves. he got no replies to the same. after he left and joined another company, his supervisor at XYZ started coming up with all different issues which were held back due to delay from workshop or customer dissatisfaction due to the same wherein he has already contacted the customer and he doesnt wish to cooperate with the organisation due to delay caused.
According to me, the management should understand that we have no control on the customer satisfaction index and no one can be punished for the same.
The XYZ has held back his salary for the month of August 2011, and his incentives for June, July, August which round up to about 1 lac rupees. and i am getting the impression that the organisation is trying to give him reasons just to avoid paying him.
Need your valuable advise as my husband is going through a horrible emotional and mental turmoil due to the financial problems caused as he hasnt yet received the salary from the current company too.
Please advise ......................
