We are 5 star Luxury Hotel in Mumbai and we going to take lots of initiatives for our employee engagement and we want to make annual calendar of events. Can you please give us few brilliant suggestions which can be implemented.
Few ideas which I am exploring is as follows:
1. Talent Hunt - Same like Indian Idol type
2. Annual Day - Events by Employee
3. Sports Week
4. Blood Donation Day
5. Environment Day
6. Women's Day
7. Friendship Day
9. Diwali, Cristmas, New Year Celebrations

1) Childrens day where in employees childrens can be invited to the hotel
2) Innovation day, wherein you can call for new innovations / process & keep some prizes for the best one
3) Hygiene day / quiz on hygine will be great
4) One day of the week, you may dedicate for some spl employee engagement activity.
