Hey Gayatri, in addition to Raghav's message, I want to say that an Admin Executive is responsible for every aspect of admin-related work, from housekeeping supervision to statutory requirements. The admin executive also plays a crucial role as a bridge between management and workers.

In detail, he/she is:
- Responsible for all housekeeping and security supervision and needs to make regular visits to the organization's premises for interventions.
- Conducting training for workers and welfare activities.
- Implementing policies and rules set by management.
- Ensuring statutory compliance and maintaining records.
- Handling statutory work such as obtaining factory licenses and other necessary permits.

Each company will have its own list of job descriptions. The list provided by various members is sufficient to start with. It is important to remember that if there is no one available to perform a particular task in the office, it then becomes the responsibility of the Admin. Therefore, tasks such as housekeeping, security, canteen, transportation, travel arrangements, and managing the guest house should all be included, as the IT personnel working with the customer will not have time to handle these internal functions.

o Proper maintenance and operations of particular client in terms of House Keeping, Food & Beverage, Stationery, Dispatch, Pantry & Vendors.
o Ensure proper manning at site with proper uniforms, grooming & good manners.
o Ensure timely disbursements of payments of our staff deployed at site.
o Ensure timely billing of our site for proper process of payments.
o Ensure availabilities of uniforms, tool, tackles & equipment’s required at site.
o Ensure planning and execution of preparations for smooth operations.
o Surprise visits at night at site to avoid complains and misbehavior.
o Prepare daily, weekly, Fortnight, monthly records & SOP`s, checklists for operations and also take same from the staff.
o Ensure zero issues in operations & maintenance of the site.
o Ensure a statutory complaint is adhered by the staffs.
o Co-ordinate and Co-operate with all staffs executives, supervisors, & company staffs.
o Daily reporting to Operation Manager& Client.
