There is lots to be done with a start-up company and for which besides taking an understanding from a FROUM like this you also have to tailor it to fit the requirements based on your organization and also the culture of the Sr.Management and their Values- so a lot of thought goes into the same to make those policies apt for your oragnization

First u have make to registration according to your nature of work like service , manufacture or sales,
weather u start manufacturing company u have to registration from factories act 1948 need of documets
as fallows
a) building agreement (own,rent,leas)
b) sales invoice of Ra materials,
c) electricity/phone bills
d) address proof
e) pan No
f) tin No
g) Employees and manufacturing derails
along with form no A to submit to inspector of factories
with regards

Can any one suggest me with hr processor a Company,bcos recently i joined this co. as a hr,and there was no any work done before.......so i need your guidence ,means what i have to do first........like i had prepared appointement letter,joining letter,joining performa,leave form.and collected employee data with their name,designation ,date of joining,salary,i need your your suggestion what i have to do next........
