I am working in an automobile company as an HR manager, and this is the first time the company is going through a restructuring process. I want to create new structures. Can anybody provide me with job descriptions for the following positions:
- Senior Accountant
- Sales Manager

Ok, here is the breakup I would think would be ideal for a small enterprise for sales guys.
- Up to 2 lakhs of business = 4% of the deal.
- From 2-5 lakhs of business = 10% of the deal.
- More than 5 lakhs = 14% of the deal.
The above percentages indicate the percentage of incentives. Although this is for very small enterprises, one of my friends has incorporated this as it was suggested by both of us. If you need more information, please don't hesitate to ask. I will help you as much as I know.
