Dear All,
This is regarding ESIC Contribution:
1. Our Company was situated in Mumbai and has obtained ESI Code No.
2. We have branches in pan India, we have obtained sub-code No on the basis of Main code and got 17 digits No. and pass word also.
3. ESI no generated in main code no instead of sub code.and contribution also paid in mai code no for each employees who are employed in other branches.
4. Can employee can avail ESI benefit locally ie. in branch office.
