Hi, Dolly.
The induction presentation should be really good as it is the first impression that the HR department can give. This presentation should contain a brief overview of the company (what the company is into, its mission & vision statement, and management). Additionally, it should include the HR policies that the company has in a crisp format as you will need to explain them while presenting. You can also explain the statutory components. Just remember that the presentation should include the company logo to make it more authentic. It would be beneficial to also include a few HR activities such as employee engagement activities or fun activities that HR organizes. When giving the presentation, remember to make it interactive by providing examples and addressing any queries raised by employees.
I hope this information is helpful.

Dear Dolly,
In addition to the points mentioned, I would suggest you also include:
1) Organizational achievements, etc., that would make the employee feel proud to belong to this company; this will also help you state performance expectations.
2) Culture of the organization.
3) How they should proceed in case of any issues they may face - work-related or personal, such as leave, who is the first point of contact, etc.
4) Depending on the nature of work, also include basics of customer relationship management.
Hope you find these useful! Wish you the very best.
