As the IT industry demands to much of time and dedication,and hence causing stress on the employees,and which effects adversely the health of employees,so why dont you think strting
STRESS MANAGEMENT CLASSES ON SUNDAY
OR
ART OF LIVING OR YOGA
SCREAM ROOM(PLACE WHERE THE EMPLOYEES CAN EXPRESS THEMSELVES WITHOUT BEING QUESTIONED FOR THEIR ACTS,THEY CAN IF WANT SLANG THEIR BOSSES OR ON A VERY SMALL PRICE THEY CANT GET STUFF LIKE A A GLASS PLATE WHICH THEY CAN BREAK IT IN THE SCREAM ROOM AND THUS FLUSH OUT THEIR FRUSTRATION)
THEN ALSO START UP WITH SOMETHING ON INCENTIVE BASE LIKE A TRIP FOR TWO(THE EMPLOYEE AND THE PERSON OF HIS CHOICE) IN THE NEAREST RESORT
OR START TAKING CARE OF THE EMPLOYEES INVESTMENT PLAN THUS HELPING THEM GETTING TAX BENEFITS
