Inquiry About Shapoorji and Pallonji Group's Work Culture

I would like to know the work culture of Shapoorji and Pallonji Group. What are their strong points and weak points? Are they employee-centric? Do they reward employees well enough? What is the level of commitment to employee development? How are the policies, transparency level across the hierarchy, and the open-door policy?

Please help.

I can understand your situation. It happens sometimes when we do not have any contacts for our reference. I was in SPCL for one and a half years, and I found it to be a very good company in the construction industry. They are financially sound and provided me with enough opportunities to grow, but it depends on your hard work, honesty, and ability to commit. Please see the following remarks on your queries as per my view, which may help you.

What's their strong point?
- No constraints to grow.

The weak point
- You have to work around the clock.

Employee-centric
- Very experienced people are there, and they may be good mentors for you.

Do they reward employees well enough?
- Yes, they are very transparent in employee rewards.

What is the level of commitment?
- It is parallel to your performance.

Employee development
- They have the latest construction equipment and execution plan.

How are the policies and transparency?
- Very good.

Level across hierarchy
- International level.

Open door policy
- Good.

And finally, it is very important that you match your skills according to your job requirements in the company.

Hi, Shapoorji & Pallonji, i.e., Eureka Forbes, have a strong point: a career chart or ladder of success. It means that once you join the organization, you will be promoted after achieving your targets. There are many examples of it; you can search it on Google.

A weak point is the pay scale, which is too low. The rest of the points given above by "mansurihamid" are correct.
