Dear RIG,
It was an absolutely valuable presentation. In essence, time is a big factor. Depending on how you utilize it, it will eventually benefit us in terms of performance, family fulfillment, and a healthy, balanced life. Without time management, our lives are in a big mess. We can live a quality life if we manage time properly.
