Dear all,
Yesterday, the labor inspector visited our office and issued a notice stating that we have not exhibited FORM X and FORM U at the entrance of the factory, and have not maintained Register D (Equal Wages Act). They requested a compliance report within 7 days. Could someone please send me FORM X and FORM U?
Thank you.

Dear Ramesh,
The inspector is right. Abstracts of certain acts are to be displayed on the Notice Board. You can get the abstract copies from the local stationery shops, where you can also obtain your statutory registers like salary registers. However, I have attached some of them for your use.

The subject matter of this thread is the Minimum Wages Act. Even though this is to inform you, we are to first decide which of the Acts & Rules are applicable in your case and then go through those Acts & Rules regarding the grant, accumulation, and encashment of leaves for your query.
