Hi Pankaj,

With reference to your requirement mentioned below,
By outsourcing the complete HR, you would be able to save a huge amount in respect of:

1. Salaries to HR people- For e.g. if you require 8 HR Executives to get your job done with the min. salary of Rs. 10k p.m. equals to 80k p.m. By outsourcing, many companies do not keep HR Executives or keep only 1 or 2 Excutives that too only for smooth running across floor.
2. Cost reduction of stationery.
3. Cost Reduction of infrastructure.
4. Cost Reduction of HR Deaprtment incentives on completion of recruitment target and monthly performance.
5. Cost Reduction of Perks and transport allowances.
6. Cost Reduction of space and electricity.
7. Time saving for recruitment.
8. Time Saving for Joining Formalities.

Other than the above emntioned poiunts there are many few things which can be shed off physically and mentally by outsourcing HR activities.

Hi Pankaj,,,
First of all list out the reasons behind the step which your taking i.e. why u want to outsource all HR activities. Then check out what outside agency will offer , compare it and then & then take decision .
In my opinion Inhouse HR is more benificial than outsourced.
Understand difference between MotHeR & Step Mother (Outsourced).

Hi Pankaj,
As you have decided to outsource your HR functions, the main thing which we will save is our time. By the way we can reduce our workforce in the department and cost to them. The main reason why people outsource is also because of less knowledge of tax updation.
