Regards your query seeking MBTI software for recruitment - couple of observations - MBTI is personality type sorting instrument - the objective herein is to sort people into 1 of the 16 types. I am not certain why you would choose MBTI for recruitment as such the tool is not to be used for recruitment and this is against the very genesis of the tool. The instrument's objective is to help people understand self and therefore others.
Should u wish to use a software for generating the report, you may go to http://www.cpp.com/ and search for skillsone.com on the same site. You can procure the scoring software from that site, however you should be accredited or qualified MBTI user.
As regards recruitment testing is concerned by master distributor has already posted a mail to you w r t the TriMetrix assessment model.

MBTI is not meant for recruitment: only for development.
www.hranexi.com provides over 8 ability and aptitude tests as well as 15FQ+, OPP, VMI, SPI which can be used for selection based on your need from www.psytech.co.uk
It requires certification and after that you can either adminsiter using online software or stand alone software.
They also have Jung Type Indicator (JTI) a modern alternative to MBTI for training, development and coaching.
