Hello friends,

From April 10 onwards, we are using a new register, but the space for sticking the revenue stamp in this muster is very limited. Is it compulsory to stick a revenue stamp for net salary over Rs. 5000/-? Can anyone guide me? I need an answer urgently.

Regards,

Is it necessary to take prior permission for maintaining computerised records? From whom to take the exemption order?

Yes, it is necessary to obtain an exemption order from the labor office in Elphinstone. It costs Rs. 10,000.00, but an organization should have 100+ employees. Anyways, I am providing guidance according to the Shops and Establishment Act. If you are under the Factory Act, then please consult with your labor consultant.
