Is it necessary to take prior permission for maintaining computerised records? From whom to take the exemption order?
yes it is necessary to take exemption order from labour office in elphinston it cost rs. 10,000.00, but the employees in an organisation should be 100+, anyways i am giving guidance according to shops and establishment act, if u r under factory act then do check with your labour consultant.
