Could you please tell me that what an employee can do if employer cannot sign on his epf withdrawal form even after epf withdrawal form has been submitted to epf office which was later on returned by epf authority or have lost that form.

Dear, You don’t need to take the signature of the employer on pf withdrawal form. you simply ask your bank manager to verify your signature on PF withdrawal form and submit it to the PF office.

An employee who has worked twelve month from Jan-12 to Dec-2012 and company has also deducted his p.f. . But company has deposited p.f. from jan-12 to june-12 and could not deposited p.f. july -12 to dec-12.
In such situatation, can an emplopyee withdraw his p.f. or not?

I have worked with 3-4 employers since 1996. After leaving of each service amount of EPF was withdrawn, which includes 12% of employee share and 3.67% of employer. The pension part of employer share 8.33% not settled.
Now I am continue working with my present employer since Oct 2010. Can I get benefit of previous unsettled amount of 8.33% in pension account.
