Hello Friends,
The attached image provides the break up of CTC of an employee X, in an organization H.
Employee X is also entitled to the following benefits:
  • Company provided accommodation
  • Cab facility
  • Mobile phone with a limit of INR 3500 per month
  • Travel Allowance @ USD 15 per day. X has constantly been working at a location away from his base location and will continue to do so for the next 1 year atleast.
  • X's work, role and responsibility is that of managerial cadre - Project Manager, but on paper profile is Project Engineer - though his qualifications do not include a BE or BTech. X is an MBA with 6 years' work experience.
My question is simple enough - what is Employee X's gross CTC actually? Is it what is finally mentioned on paper/on payslip? Or it will include all these benefits previously mentioned.
Your valuable inputs are requested in this matter.

Dear Ponraj,
Thanks for the response. Kindly clarify whether the other benefits will be considered in case of a job change? Can they be factored into salary negotiations?
Also about his work profile and on paper profile. Is that going to matter?
