My last assignment Was GM - sales and Marketing in one leading pharma company of Ahmadabad. Now from Sept,09 onwards I have started working as consultant for pharma companys providing training , placements , and helping in launching new companys.

Pharma co. concentrate on cleanliness and cGMP,
Eg. you see employees wearing Aproons and Factory footware which are not been used out of factory premises,
this is an Good Manufacturing practices where employees take atmost care of the medicine that the product does not fail in any test when it is being lauched in market, this test include microbioogical test , etc
