Piyali,
Hi, welcome to the fantastic world of HR. Honestly, right now, you should only think of learning and more learning. Try your hand at each and every detail pertaining to management and HR. You will always receive guidance from the seniors here. The position will automatically come with exposure, time, and learning. Hope I wasn't too philosophical.
All the best to you.

Please help me. I am a student of MBA in HR. But in HR, what is hospitality, back office, and hotel industries, etc.? I am very confused, and sometimes I don't understand. Please tell me what HR entails in these branches.

I think what NK SUNDARAM means is that the person posting this question is rather lacking in education. I cant believe someone with such poor communication skills has been awarded an MBA....

Dear All,
I thoroughly agree with Mr. NK Sundaram. It is a brutal fact that, despite being professionally qualified, most people lack English communication skills, both verbal and written. Here, I would like to contribute certain suggestions for these 'Capable but Unmotivated' individuals:
1. English is just another language, and one needs to conquer the most important thing to learn English, i.e., 'Hesitation'.
2. Like many other skills, English requires 'Practice'.
3. Last but not least, an important factor is the 'Environment'.
All these suggestions are simply based on my own experiences and practices, which I still follow. I hope they might be fruitful for the 'Desired & Deserving' candidates for their bright futures to come.
Thanks a lot and all the best.
