Starting a CIPD Management Report on Absenteeism: Can Anyone Share Examples?

HI, I am just in the process of starting a CIPD management report on absenteeism and I wondered if anyone has any example reports I could look at please.

I used this to track absenteeism..I got it from here.I have January ready you just need to copy and paste for the other months...hope this help
