Hi,
I think you should try to think of a format as per your job responsibilities. If you work in an excel sheet then try to make a list of assigned work on a daily basis and record accomplished work.
For an example in an excel sheet you can keep a record with following columns or match it with your job type and responsibilities:
Date -- No of Interviews-- Shortlisted candidates -- Assigned task --Completed task -- Remarks

Hope this helps, just apply yourself and I am sure you will make it.
best regards,
Partha.

Date-Candidate Name- Resource(Portal/Head hunt/Network)-skill set-Client-Shortlisted-Status(rejected selected)-Resume received.
This format is for weekly bases
Where 5 weeks report is joinned is your monthly bases in which u need to make one more sheet of candidate -skill- client- offered

Hi Roma,
Here one can also include the following metrics of target like 30/60/90 days for the junior, middle & senior positions respectively for your clients.
Also, include the value addition factor as well on your personal contribution as how are you are making a difference to the organization !.. This could be done by way of making comparison of your contribution of networking or headhunting compared to the resumes from the portals,Advertisements etc where the company spends capital.
As far as your knowwldge on the Industry is concerned..don;t worry just you common use :D ..
Best wishes,
Rajat Joshi
