I would like to know, is there any law for the Business Development Executive (PR) who is working in a private or corporate hospital regarding:
1: Minimum working hours
2: Working environment
3: Number of calls (active or cold) per day
4: Minimum salary
5: Leaves (CL, SL, & PL)
6: Extra duties / working hours

1. Max working hours should be 8 hours as per labor law.
2. Working environment - no idea.
3. No specific number of calls.
4. Yes, minimum wages are mandated by labor law; please refer to the legislation.
5. Leave policies are in place, but they depend on the employer's HR policies.
6. Extra duties/working hours - if an employee works more than 8 hours, they should receive extra payment for the additional duties per the law.
