Nice to know that you are an HR professional in a budding International Call Center. As the work there can be monotonous, make sure they are motivated by any means, such as money, appreciation, applause, or by making them the center of attraction on a particular day. Organize group meetings or knowledge-sharing discussions so that those who perform well can share tips with others.

HR policies differ: These employees should receive incentives based on performance. This could include food allowances, transport allowances if they are commuting on their own, etc.
