Hi all,
I am a fresh MBA (HR) graduate. I have only six months of work experience in recruitment. I want to know whether I can go for SAP HR course and what the eligibility criteria are. Is the course provided by Siemens very difficult to clear? What is the salary of an SAP HR professional? Are there chances of going abroad?

SAP HR Course and Career Guidance
I am a fresh MBA (HR) graduate with only six months of work experience in recruitment. I want to know whether I can pursue the SAP HR course and what the eligibility criteria are. SAP HCM is a good career option. There are many projects in India and abroad; it requires dedication and hard work to grasp the subject. As you are from an MBA background, you can look for a Functional Consultant job. Generally, a functional consultant does not need to be from a technical background (MCA, BTech). You will be more involved in interacting with clients, stakeholders, business partners, and within your organization. A Functional Consultant will be involved in configurations and preparing project-related documentation in consultation with the Project Manager.
Therefore, good communication and presentation skills are required to be a good functional consultant. Online training will cost you less compared to classroom training.
Thank you.
