Dear Mr. Thampymangalath,
I am so sorry to hear that, Sir. I am so concerened by the treatment our Sr. Citizen of Nations get from these babugiri of the govt officials and it really really pains. After spending so many years work and sweat for this country, when one has to go through these it is so humilating.
My suggestion, is to file your complaint under RTI with Southern Rly.Chennai PIO, M Amrendra Dy GM/G Railway no : 22541, Tel: 25355305. Do mention the name of person, but Just To PIO. and you complaint.
Wish you all the very best.
Regards
Ukmitra
