Hi everyone,

Our organization has been running for many years. However, the issue is that all the work is going well, but there is no particular department as Personnel Department. I'm deputed as the Personnel Department in charge. Kindly help me with how I can develop this department and what should be my first steps. There are more than 500 employees working here, many of whom are laborers. I want to organize things systematically. Kindly suggest to me how I can make this happen.
